Tanya is a highly qualified expert in neurodiversity with extensive knowledge and personal lived experience to share. She is a valuable addition to neuro-inclusive events.

As a Chartered Psychologist, Tanya combines her professional background in corporate and criminal justice settings with academic qualifications to effectively engage audiences and enhance their understanding of neuro-inclusion practices.

Tanya has received great feedback on how her talks are ‘engaging, captivating and informative’. She aims to ensure her audience, be it corporate, trainees or a practitioner group, can identify and apply her expertise shared.

Tanya shares her experience working with, and supporting, individuals who are neurodivergent, with a focus on her specialist area of interest, those who have combined diagnoses of autism and ADHD along with her own ADHD Autism lived experience journey.

Tanya is committed to creating positive change through her work with diverse populations and has established a reputation for her expertise in neurodiversity within the criminal justice system. She conducted a research project at HMP Dartmoor Prison, resulting in successful rehabilitation efforts for the majority of offenders involved AND in 2022, completed her Doctorate program through HMP Dartmoor Prison.
