Assessments
Screening and Assessments can take place between two and four hours to complete, depending on the complexity of the case. Assessments are carried out remotely where possible.
Dr Tanya Banfield will conduct the screening and refer to a partner organisation for independent diagnostic testing. This ensures her expert opinion carries more weight, as it is delivered on an independent diagnostic report. This is her chosen approach for rigour
However she can, when necessary, conduct assessment using ADD Diagnostic tools and provide a detailed assessment report.
ACCESS TO WORK:
Tanya supports Private and Access to Work Coaching, which is delivered remotely at a time that is convenient for you and your employer.
The only thing you need is access to a quiet place to work in. Sessions can be delivered in either one-hour or two-hour blocks.
