Beyond the Question specialises in Workplace Needs Assessments for individuals who are neurodivergent.

Workplace Assessments are tailored to focus on the individual while also taking into consideration the team dynamics and work environment. These assessments are designed to help organisations maximise the potential of their employees or students by addressing the unique needs of each individual within the workplace and beyond.

Assessments are specifically for employees who may be facing challenges in the workplace due to neurodivergence, such as conditions like dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD, anxiety, and various long-term health conditions. It is important to note that a formal diagnosis is not required to undergo a Workplace Assessment. The main goal of the assessment is to enhance effectiveness, build upon existing skills, and introduce new ones to improve workplace performance.

Both strengths and support needs are taken into account and challenges are approached with a problem-solving mindset. For individuals on performance plans. The report and actions are customised to align with performance objectives.

Assessments focus on providing practical adjustments to enhance workplace effectiveness rather than on Screening or Diagnostics. Beyond the Question partner with organisations that can provide formal assessments if needed. Please feel free to reach out to tanya@beyondthequestion.org for more information on this.
